I produce my Oxygen
what we do
we plant & nurture trees
We plant diverse, climate-resilient trees across farms, communities, and open land.
Our focus is not just planting — but ensuring long-term survival, growth, and ecological impact.
we create income opportunities
We turn tree-based farming into a source of income by engaging farmers, youth, and communities.
From planting to maintenance, our model creates sustainable earning opportunities linked to the land.
we promote oxygen literacy
We raise awareness about the value of trees, clean air, and responsible consumption.
Through community action and practical solutions, we connect people to the idea of producing oxygen and reducing waste.

If you can not live more than 2 minutes on earth without Oxygen, regardless of what anyone says, Oxygen is your dearest friend. Don't take it for granted.
Gopal Dey, Founder, TREE
Why did we start TREE?
From 2017 to 2023, I embarked on a six-year journey of self-discovery, driven by three burning questions:
Why am I doing what I am doing?
Is my work creating genuine impact beyond self-benefit?
If I fast-forward to 2040, will I truly be happy with how things have progressed?
First, everything we do is geared towards improving the quality of life – be it through food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education, or entertainment – all in the pursuit of happiness.
Second, as civilization advances, we seem to be focusing less on the fundamental elements (bone-muscle and soul) and more on superficial aspects (feathers). Imagine impact as a bird; feathers are vital, but without a strong foundation of bone-muscle and soul, they are rendered useless.
I found the most important thing for me on earth is Oxygen. The simplest way to produce oxygen is to plant trees. And that’s how I started TREE – an organization with a mission to plant 16 million trees in Bangladesh by 2030.
